Summer Program

The Library entrance will be undergoing renovations this summer so our space will be temporarily relocating to the Village Office #2 site (Old Masonic Hall) from July 1 to August 31. We will be running our children’s programs from there and will have some of our collection moved there for the summer. As well we will have full access to books via Trac and request items.

Our Summer Theme this year is Science Fun! Tuesdays and Thursdays will be stories, crafts, games and snacks. Wednesday will be Science Fun. Preregistration would be great to give us an idea of numbers to prepare for. Call the library during public hours or leave a message of Facebook.

Tuesdays 1:30 – 3:00 - Ages 4-8
Wednesday 1:30 – 3:00 - Science Fun Day
Thursday 1:30 – 3:00 – Ages 9 and up

Our reading contest will run the same as last year – read 5 books and bring the list into the library to get an entry in for one of our great prizes! The draw will be the beginning of September.

Also mark your Calendar for our Summer Entertainer on August 7 from 6:00 – 7:00 pm. This year we will be having Jason Clevett and the Canadian Reptile Encounters. Come out and meet boas, pythons, dragons, frogs and more!

We always look forward to seeing you at the Library!
