Non Resident Individual $95/year Limited Services with no access to E-content.

Library cards are accepted at any TAL Member Library. 

Library cards can be issued to people of any age. Minors require a parent or guardian to sign the registration form.

Cards may only be used by the person to whom it is issued and must be shown to borrow material.
